Nicole Cabello, LCSW- BACS
​Nicole has experience working with individuals, children, and families. She provides therapy to individuals and families struggling with a variety of presenting problems such as behavioral challenges in children, parent-child relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. She utilizes a Cognitive-Behavioral approach in order to help her clients build on their strengths and resources. Her goal is to help her clients reach their highest potential and live a more harmonious life.

Sara Sapp, LPC, PLMFT
​Sara has experience supporting children, teens, adults, families, and couples through life’s challenges. Her therapeutic work focuses on a wide range of concerns, including grief, trauma, family and relational conflicts, and LGBTQ+ support. With a compassionate and understanding approach, Sara walks alongside her clients as they navigate difficult emotions and experiences. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can take place.

Dr. Christy Ticheli, LCSW-BACS
​Dr. Ticheli has over 14 years of experience working with clients with diverse behavioral and mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. Dr. Ticheli utilizes a person-centered and supportive approach to address problems and find solutions. She will partner with each client to help them build on their strengths and achieve their therapy goals. She believes that with the right tools and support everyone can take control of their life. She is passionate about empowering others and improving mental health outcomes.

Anne Newman, LPC, LMFT
​​Anne brings a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach, supporting individuals (15+), couples, and families. She works with depression, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. Anne uses evidence-based approaches—including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT—tailored to each client’s needs.​
